Eric Adé Tanauh

Born and raised in Abidjan Côte d’Ivoire, Eric Adé Tanauh (Rickii Ly) is a 27 years old, digital artist and art director in advertising. His style of art falls within the genre of Afrofuturism, which he describes as an artistic movement the likes of Cubism, Abstract or Hyperrealism. It is a way to represent Africa and African culture in a fresh new futuristic fashion all the while remaining traditional.

His identity and signature transpire throughout his work and everyone comes to know, even though his name is not mentioned, that he created it. His graphic art and collages, reveal the unseen beauty of his environment by exploring the unordinary.
